At Hearts Abroad, my goal is to make your travel planning experience stress-free and personalized. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review the following refund and cancellation terms:

**Planning Fees**All planning service fees are non-refundable, as they cover the time, research, and customization invested in designing your trip.

**Cancellations & Changes** If you need to cancel or your trip, please notify me as soon as possible so I can coordinate with travel providers and minimize any penalties.

**Supplier Policies** Refunds for flights, hotels, tours, or other bookings are subject to the individual supplier’s policies.

**Future Travel Credits** In many cases, suppliers may issue travel credits of cash refunds. I will assist you in applying those credits toward future travel plans.

**Travel Insurance** I highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to safeguard your investment and provide peace of mind during your travels.
